Canada / Away Kit World Cup 2026 / Nike
Black Ice, built to strike

ABOUT
The Canada Men’s 2026 Nike away kit is inspired by black ice; a force of nature that is powerful, unpredictable, and often unseen until it is too late. Developed as a metaphor for the Canadian team, the concept reflects a squad entering the world stage with confidence, edge, and ambition. During the design process, players spoke about wanting to be viewed differently by opponents: dangerous, relentless, and capable of changing a game in an instant. The result is an all-black kit that feels stealth-like, focused, and unmistakably Canadian. Sharp red accents cut through the darkness, referencing the Canadian flag while amplifying the intensity of the design. At its centre sits a holographic crest, rendered with crisp facets and sharp angles as if carved directly from ice. The effect creates a sense of movement and light, bringing an unexpected depth and energy to the kit while reinforcing the Black Ice narrative. Finished with a bespoke typeface inspired by Canada’s football heritage and engineered with Nike’s latest Dri-FIT ADV technology, the kit balances performance and storytelling. The result is a bold expression of modern Canadian football, forged from the landscape, mindset, and ambition of a nation ready to compete with the world’s best.
